Leslie Steven Marks Esq. is one of the most highly regarded neutrals in California. Mr. Marks was the managing litigation partner at Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin LLP, a 50 attorney full-service firm, where he devoted his practice to construction, real estate, business, homeowner association and insurance litigation. Mr. Marks currently serves as a distinguished member of the panel of mediators and arbitrators for Alternative Resolution Centers (ARC) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA – Construction, Commercial, Consumer, and Large Complex Panels - since 2002). He also served as an arbitrator for the Contractors State License Board, Department of Consumer Affairs for the State of California and a Member of the Panel of Arbitrators and Settlement Officers of the Los Angeles Superior Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
